"Management and Business" is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes original research, review and theoretical articles on topical issues of  management and administration; еconomics of innovation: research of business strategies, innovations and technology implementation in the business sector; business economics: analysis and understanding of economic aspects of business activities; service sector and trade development.

Access 

The open access policy of the journal ensures maximum visibility of articles published in the publication, as they are available to a wide global audience. This means that anyone can read and cite the article, and the authors can retain the copyright to their work.

Review policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the Editor-in-Chief or his deputy. If the articles are deemed suitable for further consideration, they are subject to review by independent, anonymous reviewers. "Management and Business" adheres to the principle of double-blind (anonymous) peer review. Double-blind peer review is an advantage, as it is a traditional peer review model used by international journals and it promotes unbiased criticism of the manuscript.

Publication ethics

The editorial board of the scientific journal "Management and Business" is guided in its work by the international ethical rules of scientific publications, including the rules of decency, confidentiality, publication supervision, consideration of possible conflicts of interest, etc. In its activities, the editorial board follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics and, in particular, the Publishing Ethics Resource Kit of Elsevier.
